4. Technically skilled candidates send us their resumes.
5. We screen the resumes for appropriate skills.
6. We contact the candidates for technical phone interviews.
7. We match potential screened candidates with available jobs.
8. We contact the candidates for approval to submit their resume for a specificed job.
9. We submit the resumes to the client companies.
10. If the client selects a candidates resume for an interview we schedule an interview with the candidate and the client company.
11. If selected for a contract job, we hire the candidate as an employee to work as a contractor for the client for the term of the contract.
